On the 17th of April 2004 the South African government announced that it will be providing post-exposure prophylaxis to rape survivors in South Africa. The Beat It! team made this information, along with what to do when you become a victim of rape available to the viewers.
In the special report we met the brave and soft spoken Babalwa, who was raped by a family member who believed that by sleeping with a virgin he will be cured of HIV.

Post-Exposure Prophylaxis
